The great rock that separates Benidorm’s beaches was used as base for a fortress used in an early warning system against assaults by Berber pirates. Today it remains as one of Benidorm's most emblematic images, known as " The balcony of the Mediterranean ", with its white stone balustrade and its privileged viewpoint. |
