Playa Muchavista

A large long beach of fine golden sand. It is located in a semi-urban environment next to the San Juan beach. This beach is an exceptional place for taking a bath, practicing water sports, such as windsurfing or going for long walks along the pedestrian promenade which runs for more than 3 km. This promenade runs along the recently finished modern and comfortable tram line which travels between Alicante and El Campello every 30 minutes. Furthermore, part of L'Horta-Mutxavista beach is an “accessible beach” from those with reduced mobility. Over the summer months, a wide program of activities such as animation and environmental workshops addressed to young people and children are offered. The abovementioned activities, together with its tourism facilities and infrastructure, make this beach a destination suitable to a variety of tastes.
